RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
RETURNS
We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* The item must be in its original packaging.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within several business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos or videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
